First Aid I (Basic) IPSQA®
Master essential life-saving skills including CPR, automated external defibrillation (AED), management of airway obstruction (choking), and control of major bleeding. This IPSQA CorePass® internationally recognized certification provides the foundational first aid competencies every workplace and community member should have.

First Aid II (Intermediate) IPSQA®
Build on basic first aid skills with comprehensive training covering CPR, AED, airway obstruction management, major bleeding control, professional first aid practice (including ethics, privacy, and cultural considerations), plus management of at least two medical conditions and two trauma conditions. This IPSQA CorePass® certification equips you with intermediate-level capability to respond confidently to a wider range of medical and trauma emergencies in workplace and community settings.

Psychological First Aid I (Basic) IPSQA®
Learn to recognize and respond to psychological distress using evidence-based techniques aligned with RedCross Psychological First Aid guidelines and the Responder Alliance Stress Continuum framework. This IPSQA CorePass® certification teaches core principles of psychological first aid, active listening for emotional support, stress zone identification, self-care strategies, personal resilience techniques, and the “Look, Listen, Link” crisis response framework.

Psychological First Aid II (Intermediate) IPSQA®
Build advanced mental health first aid capability to assess and respond to severe psychological distress, including trauma and suicidal ideation, while applying the Responder Alliance Stress Continuum to categorize behaviours and intervene appropriately. This IPSQA CorePass® intermediate certification (prerequisite: PFA I) prepares you to handle complex mental health challenges in emergency services and high-stress environments with confidence and competence.

Emergency Bleed Management IPSQA®
Gain critical life-saving skills in controlling major haemorrhage, including proper application of combat application tourniquets (CAT) and direct pressure techniques for severe bleeding incidents. This focused IPSQA CorePass® certification provides essential trauma response capability for high-risk workplaces, security personnel, and first responders who may encounter serious bleeding emergencies
